Don’t Be a Stumbling Block

Our freedom in Christ must never come at the cost of another’s faith. We are called to walk in love, being careful not to cause others to stumble by our actions. True maturity considers not only what is permissible, but what is helpful and edifying to others.

We Don’t Have to Sin

In Christ, we have been set free from the dominion of sin. Though the presence of sin remains, its power has been broken. We are no longer slaves to our flesh. By the Spirit, we have the strength to say no—to walk in righteousness and choose obedience.

Seek Not Your Own Good

The Christian life is not self-centered—it is others-focused. Scripture calls us to seek the good of our neighbor over our own comfort or liberty. We are not our own; we belong to Christ. And in following Him, we learn to lay down our rights for the sake of love.

Do All to the Glory of God

Everything we do—from the ordinary to the extraordinary—should be done with the aim of glorifying God. This includes how we speak, act, serve, and even what we choose not to do. Our lives are not about self-promotion, but divine purpose.

No One Comes to the Father but Through Christ

Jesus is not one of many ways—He is the only way. Salvation is found in no one else. It is by His name alone that we are reconciled to the Father. Any gospel that bypasses Christ is no gospel at all. He is the door, the truth, and the life.

Many Members. One Body.

Though we are many, we are one body in Christ. Each believer has been uniquely gifted and placed within the church for the good of all. We are not meant to compete, but to complement and care for one another as fellow members of His body.
