The Spirit Is a Guarantee

God has given us His Spirit as a guarantee—a down payment of the glory that is to come. Though we walk by faith, we do not walk without assurance. The presence of the Spirit is the proof of our adoption, our redemption, and the eternal inheritance awaiting us in Christ.

Are We Bound by the Mosaic Law?

As Christians, we are not under the Mosaic covenant but under grace. Christ fulfilled the Law, and in Him, we are called to walk by the Spirit—not by the letter of the old covenant.

Freedom in Christ

We have been set free from the bondage of the Law and from slavery to sin. This freedom is not a license to sin—but a call to walk in holiness, led by the Spirit, in joyful obedience to God.

Regeneration Precedes Understanding

We do not understand spiritual truth and then become born again—it is God who must first open our eyes. Regeneration is the divine work of the Spirit that enables us to truly see, hear, and receive the things of God.

Struck Down, But Not Destroyed

Though we face trials, hardship, and persecution, we are not forsaken. The life of a Christian may be marked by suffering—but in every moment, God sustains us. We may be struck down, but we are never destroyed, for Christ is our strength.

It’s All Grace

We brought nothing to God but our sin, and He gave us everything in Christ. From first to last, it is all grace. Our salvation, our sanctification, and our hope of glory—all are gifts from the hand of a merciful and sovereign God.
